Privacy Policy

How GLXmart handles your data — what we collect, how we use social platform integrations, and your rights.

Effective date: July 24, 2026

GLXmart (www.glxmart.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on this site, how our social platform integrations work, how we use your information, and your rights.

Who We Are

GLXmart is operated as part of the GLX group of web properties. For anything privacy-related, contact us at [email protected]. GLXmart is the data controller for information collected through this website and through our social platform integrations described below.

What We Collect

Analytics Data

We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics (Plausible Analytics, running on our own infrastructure) to collect anonymised, aggregated usage data: page views, referral sources, and device type. This data cannot identify individual visitors. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking service that profiles users across websites.

Contact Information

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share. We use it only to respond to you.

Social Platform Integrations

GLXmart and its related properties operate apps and integrations with social networks — including Pinterest, and potentially other platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube — using each platform’s official API.

  • What we access: basic account and profile information for accounts we own or manage, permission to publish content (for example Pins and boards on Pinterest), and aggregate analytics about the content we publish.
  • How we use it: to publish and manage our own content on our own accounts and to measure how that content performs. We do not use platform data for any other purpose.
  • What we don’t do: we do not sell platform data, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not collect or process other users’ personal data through these APIs.
  • Compliance: our use of each platform’s API complies with that platform’s developer terms, including the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and the equivalent policies of any other network we integrate with.
  • Security: access tokens are stored securely on our own infrastructure and are never exposed publicly.
  • Revocation: if you have connected a social account to a GLXmart service, you can disconnect it at any time from that platform’s settings (for example, on Pinterest: Settings → Security → Connected apps). Revoking access stops any further data collection immediately.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including data associated with a social platform integration — email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm and delete the data within 30 days.

If your data came from a connected social account, you can additionally revoke the app’s access in that platform’s settings, which stops further collection immediately.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. Our analytics are cookieless. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking cookies.

Data Retention

  • Analytics data: aggregated data retained indefinitely; no individual-level data is stored.
  • Email correspondence: retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
  • Platform access tokens: retained while an integration is active; deleted on disconnection, account closure, or on request.

Your Rights

GDPR (European Union Residents)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request data portability.

CCPA (California Residents)

Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell any).

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within the statutory timeframes.

Children’s Privacy

GLXmart is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
