GLXmart is the information site for the GLX group of web properties and the home of the self-hosted GLXmart e-commerce platform. It is operated by GLX Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States). Content on this site is provided for informational purposes; purchases from a GLX shop are governed by that shop’s own terms of sale.

All content on GLXmart — including text, images, graphics, and site design — is the property of GLXmart and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. You may link to our pages with attribution for editorial purposes.

3. Social Platform Features

Some GLXmart services connect to third-party social networks (for example Pinterest) via their official APIs. Your use of any such feature is additionally governed by the relevant platform’s own terms of service and policies. How we handle data from these integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). We confirm once and send nothing more.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law where you live.
